Bridal & Events
Securing your Date
Submit an inquiry either via email or by our online inquiry form to see if your date is available.
If available, you will then receive an estimate for the total balance of your services being requested as well as your invoice & bridal/event contract.
In your invoice, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required with a card saved on file, and a signed contract to fully secure your date. This deposit will then be deducted from your total balance. All balances/invoices are due the day BEFORE your scheduled date of services. Contracts will specify all terms and conditions.
Your date is not secured until all of the above is completed.
Trial
A bridal trial is REQUIRED before your wedding day & ONLY available to Brides with secured contracts with Twenty Nine Salon. All bridal trials are included in your estimate/balance.
All Bridal Trials are performed in the salon and/or Beauty Studio.
Bridal trial forms are submitted 3 months before your wedding to provide all information we may need for your big day.
You may choose up to 2 hair styles on this day to create your overall vision. Any other choices will be scheduled and charged separately.
Please come to the beauty studio with a clean face if receiving make up, and with clean/dry hair for hair services.
Bring any hair accessories you may be using for your wedding day.
Wedding Day
Your wedding day payment is due the day before your wedding. We only allow one form of payment via invoice, so if any bridesmaids/attendants are paying for their own services we suggest they pay the payee prior to this date.
A schedule is submitted to the bride after your bridal trial. Everyone receiving services is asked to stay on schedule to provide a stress free day for the bride.
Please come with clean/dry hair or a clean face for requested services.
Any additional day of, add on services will be billed separately by Twenty Nine, not the Artists.

Friday-Sunday Weddings have a 5 person service minimum for travel within 30 miles & a 6 person service minimum for 60+ miles.

TRAVEL
For onsite services, a minimum party of 5 is required for travel within 30 miles & minimum party of 6 for 60+ miles away.
A fee of $1.00 per mile roundtrip. You will receive a custom quote in your invoice/contract.
Tolls & parking fees must also be reimbursed.
All Travel Related expenses will be assessed based at time of booking your location. This may include hotel, mileage expense/uber, flight, and food during the duration of the stay.
Locations over 100 miles from Winchester, VA will require compensation for hotel stay.
EXTRA ARTIST
There is a $200 per Artist additional fee when needed for larger wedding/event groups- Subject to availability, 10 Person minimum required.
GRATUITY
A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to your balance for parties of 3 or more.
EARLY RISE
Start time of 8am or earlier.
ADDITIONAL TIME
Fee for running over on our scheduled
time due to party tardiness.
RELOCATION FEE
Added for Additional location for services.
